As a Security Officer Patrol in Dalton GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support access activity with strong customer service and a role shaped by teamwork integrity and a caring culture you will help create a dependable experience for employees visitors and daily operations.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel visitors and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents alarms access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading docks warehouse areas parking areas trailer yards and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees visitors vendors and delivery drivers verify credentials and/or visitor information and report access issues according to site procedures.
• Support loss prevention and operational awareness by observing outbound and inbound traffic noting damaged property or unsecured areas and reporting security-related concerns policy violations and/or maintenance issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
