Mechanical Inspector (Saudi National)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mechanical Inspector (Saudi National) to join our site supervision team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site mechanical inspections of equipment systems and components to ensure quality safety and compliance with project specifications and standards
- Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical installations including piping HVAC systems and industrial machinery
- Identify and document defects non-conformities and potential issues during inspections
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to address and resolve mechanical issues
- Verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively and in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with industry standards regulations and best practices in mechanical inspection
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as required
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all on-site activities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical building services including installation inspection testing and commissioning
- Proven track record in HVAC plumbing firefighting gas and fuel system inspections
- Previous experience in engineering consultancies is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems components and material specifications
- Strong proficiency in mechanical inspection techniques quality control protocols and industry compliance standards (ASHRAE NFPA and local Saudi codes)
- Skilled in using inspection documentation and reporting tools/software
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and the project lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve site issues efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain quality standards
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to work across various project sites within Riyadh and if required across Saudi Arabia
