Exchange Systems Administrator – ICT Operations

We are seeking an experienced Exchange Systems Administrator to support the ongoing management enhancement and migration of enterprise communication platforms within a large complex ICT this role you will work across a hybrid Exchange landscape supporting both onpremises and cloudbased solutions and contributing to critical migration and modernisation initiatives.

You will be responsible for maintaining and optimising Exchange infrastructure resolving complex technical issues and producing highquality technical documentation. Working closely with project teams and operational stakeholders you will provide deep technical expertise to support reliable secure and scalable messaging and collaboration services. This role is well suited to professionals who enjoy handson technical work problem solving and contributing to largescale Microsoft technology environments.

Qualifications :

• Expert knowledge of Exchange Server and Exchange Online including hybrid Exchange configurations and daytoday administration.
• Proven experience delivering Exchange migrations including crossforest and legacytocloud transitions.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across mail flow gateways and hybrid onpremise/cloud connectivity.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server fundamentals including Active Directory DNS Group Policy and related services.
• Demonstrated experience producing technical documentation such as design artefacts asbuilt documentation and operating procedures.
• Experience supporting enterprisescale Microsoft environments with complex operational requirements.
• Exposure to broader Microsoft 365 services and related technologies will be highly regarded.
