Job Summary
Visas internal Social Studio is seeking a visionaryleader to manage major campaign development and oversee flagship social capabilities and growth acrossCore BrandandMarketing Services. This role serves as the senior business owner for assigned initiativestranslating strategy into clear creative direction aligning executive and cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring work is delivered withexcellence speed and rigor. This role reports to the Sr. Director/Head of the Social Studio at Visa.
Youll partner closely with Creative Studio Marketing Services Global Brand Marketing Sponsorships PR Experiential Media Legal and Financeleading internal and external partners from brief to launch. Youll also help evolve a modern in-house model by raising creative standards strengthening end-to-end processes and introducing new ways of working including AI-enabled efficiency.
What Youll Do
Social Campaign Program Leadership
Own end-to-end social initiatives across Core Brand and Marketing Servicesfrom intake and brief through concepting production rollout and reporting.
Translate business goals into actionable social strategy and clear briefs.
Serve asDRI(Direct ResponsibleIndividual) for assigned programsdefining scopeRACI milestones KPIs governance and decision paths and driving tight alignment and fast execution.
Facilitate creative reviews and approvalsensuring work is on strategy on brand and meets Visas social strategy and creative bar.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Align stakeholders across different functions helping lead and orchestrate big ideas and complex social activations.
Lead internal teams (Creative Strategy Project Management Operations) and manage external agencies and partners to deliver with clarity and accountability.
Act as a connector across disciplines and senior leadershipdriving decisions resolving tradeoffs and protecting the work.
Partner with Social Studio leadership to elevate the quality of the work and bring each ideas core vision to life.
Operational Financial Ownership
Own budgets and forecasting ensure delivery on brief on time and within budget while maintaining creative quality and compliance.
Lead AOP planning inputs RFPs scopes of work and vendor/agency management for assigned programs.
Creative Leadership Modern Studio Building
Raise the bar on social strategy and creative development through stronger processes toolkits and ways of workingbuilding a more agile modern AI-enabled studio.
Partner with Global Brand leadership to identify evaluate and operationalize strategic expansion of Social Studio capabilities and services.
Lead with a high craft high standards mindsetable to roll up your sleeves when needed while inspiring teams through clear direction and strong taste.
Mentor and develop talent build a culture of curiosity collaboration and creative excellence.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 6 years of work experience with a PhD 15 years in Account/Business Management within a top agency and/or in-house studio.
Proven leadership of large-scale social and integrated campaigns with measurable business impact.
Strong command and experience in sponsorship client service and co-marketing.
Deep experience managing social/content/creative teams production partners workflows timelines and cross-functional complexity in a highly matrixed organization.
Strong executive presence skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions.
Culture-forward creative instincts with a track record of delivering standout content and craft.
Experience building/improving team capabilities process and operational models (including AI-enabled workflows).
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 178300.00 to 285600.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
