Casting Line Operator

Pay: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

Shift: C Shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)

We are looking for a Casting Machine Operator to join our production teamsomeone who takes ownership of their equipment and thrives on delivering high-quality results.

Your Impact As a Technical Pilot on our casting lines you wont just push buttons; you will own the process. You will lead machine setups troubleshoot complex issues and ensure our production sequences run at peak performance.

What Youll Do Day-to-Day:

• Technical Operation: Set up and operate casting assets loading raw materials and unloading finished products with precision.

• Quality Control: Use standard measuring devices to monitor product characteristics ensuring every run meets our zero-defect standards.

• Problem Solving: Investigate machine malfunctions to find root causes rather than applying band-aid fixes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet department goals stepping outside your primary duties to help others when needed.

• Safety Leadership: Act as a safety role model by following all health and housekeeping procedures to protect yourself and your coworkers.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Mechanical Aptitude: A natural curiosity for how things work and a drive to maintain equipment uptime.

• Agility: The ability to adapt quickly to changing production priorities or shift assignments.

• Tech Savvy: Comfort using computer applications to track production records and logs.

• Reliability: A commitment to dependable attendance and the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
