Production Supervisor Beverage

What our Production Supervisor - Beverage will do:

• Supervises plant personnel and ensures a safe working environment.
• Monitors equipment and production schedule to exceed efficiencies reduce waste and maintain production standards quality.
• Responsible for tracking and improving downtime and cleanup/changeover processes.
• Inputs analyzes and communicates quality control data.
• Observes and enforces safety GMPs and Food safety programs and attends appropriate training sessions.
• Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and accurate as required
• Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customers key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.
• Develop an understanding of customers needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications :

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Beverage or similar industry experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required.
• Good communication skills required; bilingual skills (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work all shifts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3 years of supervising experience or any equivalent combination of education training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience required. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration related field or equivalent job experience.
