Job Summary
Reservations Agent: You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they can expect upon arrival.
What you will be doing:
- Manage reservations via phone email and online channels
- Communicate with guests prior to arrival
- Collaborate with the Front Office and other hotel departments
- Consistently offer exceptional friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best options for guests while maximizing revenue through up-selling
- Recommend hotel facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
- Handle room reservation requests enter rooming lists and maintain accurate system data
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Guest focused personality is essential
Additional Information :
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
