Job Summary

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcome guests and provide warm professional assistance with inquiries requests and complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services facilities and local attractions
  • Arrange transportation restaurant reservations tours tickets and other guest requests with attention to detail
  • Coordinate with housekeeping front office and other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local area events and services to deliver personalized proactive service
  • Handle luggage assistance coordination and manage complex guest requests with resourcefulness and discretion
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times protecting guest privacy and data
  • Record guest requests and feedback following up to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in hospitality front office or guest services (luxury hotel environment preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service orientation
  • Good knowledge of local area attractions and services
  • Ability to multitask work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional appearance positive attitude and cultural awareness
  • Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays
  • Problem-solving acumen and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications :

 

  • Minimum 23 years of substantive experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role within a 5-star or ultra-luxury establishment.

  • Les Clefs dOr certification or demonstrated eligibility is essential.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the local destination luxury lifestyle offerings and the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.

  • Demonstrated expertise in anticipating guest requirements and delivering bespoke tailored experiences consistently.

  • Fluency in a minimum of two languages required; proficiency in additional languages is essential.

  • Superior interpersonal and communication capabilities with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with discerning clientele.

  • Advanced problem-solving acumen and resourcefulness in managing complex guest requests with absolute discretion and professionalism.

  • Advanced proficiency with concierge management systems property management software and digital communication platforms.

  • Unwavering commitment to confidentiality discretion and the maintenance of the highest standards of guest privacy and data protection.
