Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Assist the Public Area Manager in directing daily cleaning operations across all shared spaces including lobbies restaurants elevators and outdoor arrival areas.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent inspections to ensure all surfaces furnishings and decorative elements meet the strict Luxury Quality Assessment (LQA) standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead coach and motivate a team of Public Area Attendants and Supervisors fostering a culture of heartfelt hospitality and anticipatory service.
- Program Planning: Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs such as marble polishing carpet shampooing and special setups for VIP arrivals or events.
- Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering Front Office and F&B to address maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly.
- Resource Management: Monitor the usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment ensuring adherence to the resorts sustainability and safety protocols.
Qualifications :
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping with significant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Pre-Opening Expertise: Experience in pre-opening stagesincluding project coordination and document controlis often mandatory for this specific destination.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (like Opera) and a deep understanding of specialized cleaning techniques for high-end finishes.
- Core Attributes: A proactive anticipatory approach impeccable grooming and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Sustainability Mindset: Commitment to following strict discipline in reducing reusing and recycling in line with the Red Sea Global ethos.
Additional Information :
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.

- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
