In this role you contribute to shaping scalable and reliable services that support Philips healthcare technology solutions. The Business Process Expert (Professional Services) supports the design standardization and continuous improvement of end-to-end service delivery processes with a focus on implementation and service execution. The role ensures alignment of processes data and systems to enable efficient scalable and compliant service operations while supporting the transition toward an attribute-based service model architecture.
Working closely with global and regional stakeholders the role contributes to process design deployment and adoption ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions and embedded into daily operations. The position also plays a key role in managing change supporting peak demand and building sustainable capabilities through knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for
Design and standardize end-to-end Professional Services processes to drive efficiency quality and scalability
Translate business and customer requirements into fit-for-purpose capabilities across process data and systems
Ensure alignment between process design and IT solutions through close collaboration with Product Owners and LPO/E
Support deployment readiness including change management training and go-live execution
Monitor process performance and adoption driving continuous improvement using data and best practices (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building to sustain long-term process excellence and business continuity
Youre the right fit if you have
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Operations Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experiance in applicable functional domain in combination with Project Management Change Management Lean Manufacturing or equivalent
Business process management continuous improvement or project/change management within a service-oriented environment
Strong skills in process design and modelling data analysis and working with IT systems and integrations
Proven stakeholder management communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and structured mindset
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies (preferred)
Familiarity with global service operations or Professional Services processes (preferred)
This role can be filled in Einhoven Böblingen Cambridge or Nashville.
