About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist (Croatian English) you will assist users with bookings reservations and general inquiries ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Work Model
- Initial phase: 9 weeks of on-site training in Athens
- Remote based on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Assist with bookings cancellations and reservation changes
- Handle payment-related questions and issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Croatian and English
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Croatian: Fluent or C1 level
- English: B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights
