About the Role

Become part of a leading global travel platform and join an international team delivering support to customers around the world.

As a Customer Support Specialist (Croatian English) you will assist users with bookings reservations and general inquiries ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Work Model

  • Initial phase: 9 weeks of on-site training in Athens
  • Remote based on performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Assist with bookings cancellations and reservation changes
  • Handle payment-related questions and issues
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Croatian and English
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Croatian: Fluent or C1 level
  • English: B2 level or higher
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights
