We are looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Experts who will act as the primary point of contact for customer requests delivering outstanding service and ensuring an exceptional brand experience. This role allows you to work remotely from Greece while being part of a dynamic international team.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer requests representing a premium automotive brand
Handle customer interactions via phone email and chat ensuring a seamless service experience
Respond to inquiries regarding products and services providing accurate and professional guidance
Resolve customer issues efficiently with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
Address concerns with professionalism empathy and ownership
Ensure every interaction turns into a positive customer experience
Candidate Profile
Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
Passion for cars and the automotive industry is a strong advantage
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or customer care preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and sense of responsibility
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
