About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join the LinkedIn Refuel team. This opportunity is ideal for Italian-speaking candidates with experience in cold calling lead generation and sales development particularly in tech or digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling email outreach etc.)
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Communicate effectively with key decision-makers
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals
- Ensure accurate tracking of all activities in CRM systems
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English (B2 or higher)
- At least 2 years of experience in cold calling sales
- Strong understanding of business development and lead qualification
- Background in tech or digital advertising (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
