We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join the LinkedIn Refuel team. This opportunity is ideal for Italian-speaking candidates with experience in cold calling lead generation and sales development particularly in tech or digital advertising.
Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Communicate effectively with key decision-makers
Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals
Ensure accurate tracking of all activities in CRM systems
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English (B2 or higher)
At least 2 years of experience in cold calling sales
Strong understanding of business development and lead qualification
Background in tech or digital advertising (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
