Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Engage with potential clients via phone email and digital channels
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Support the sales pipeline and contribute to achieving team targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize sales strategies
What Were Looking For
Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher)
23 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (a plus)
Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
