About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join the team at IGEL. This is an exciting opportunity for German-speaking professionals who are passionate about sales technology and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Engage with potential clients via phone email and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the sales pipeline and contribute to achieving team targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize sales strategies
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher)
- 23 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (a plus)
- Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
