We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join the LinkedIn Refuel project. This role is perfect for Spanish-speaking professionals with a strong background in cold calling lead generation and business development especially within tech or digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound prospecting via cold calling and digital channels
Identify qualify and nurture new business leads
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Engage with decision-makers and present tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth
Keep CRM systems updated with accurate data
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English (B2 or higher)
Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience
Strong knowledge of lead generation and qualification methodologies
Experience in tech or digital advertising is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
