About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join the LinkedIn Refuel project. This role is perfect for Spanish-speaking professionals with a strong background in cold calling lead generation and business development especially within tech or digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting via cold calling and digital channels
- Identify qualify and nurture new business leads
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with decision-makers and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate data
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (B2 or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and qualification methodologies
- Experience in tech or digital advertising is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
