Responsibilities Include
- Receiving & Unloading: Process incoming shipments verify packing slips against physical inventory and report any discrepancies.
- Material Handling: Move stack and organize raw materials and finished goods to their designated storage locations.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick pack and stage orders for daily outbound shipping.
- Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain a clean organized warehouse floor to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Documentation: Utilize basic computer systems to log incoming stock and track material movements.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all warehouse safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
Skills/Qualifications
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Experience (Plus): Previous experience with material handling receiving or driving (forklift/pallet jack) is highly preferred but not required.
- Communication: Ability to read and follow written work orders and communicate effectively with the team.
- Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy when counting inventory and processing shipping labels.
Compensation & Benefits
