What Youll Lead
Overall direction of Surgical Services including clinical and operational performance
Department staffing development and accountability
Budget planning financial oversight and resource allocation
Quality safety and regulatory compliance
Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
What Youll Do
Set and execute departmental goals aligned with organizational priorities
Oversee daily operations ensuring patient care delivery meets quality and safety standards
Lead hiring training performance management and staff development
Manage budgets and ensure departments operate within financial targets
Coordinate internal and external audits
Serve as the point of accountability for service performance and patient outcomes
Build a culture that supports teamwork accountability and continuous improvement
What You Bring
Active (or eligible) Montana RN license
Bachelors degree in Nursing (required)
5 years of experience in Surgical Services with leadership at the Manager or Director level
Strong understanding of perioperative operations and patient care workflows
Proven ability to lead teams manage performance and drive results
Preferred
Advanced degree (MSN MHA or MBA)
BLS upon hire; ACLS and PALS within 6 months
