Technology Adoption Manager

Arena Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Adoption Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for promoting the adoption of new technologies within client organizations

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for technology adoption

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and their potential applications for clients

- Create and deliver presentations and training materials to educate clients on the benefits and implementation of new technologies

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new technologies

- Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of technology adoption initiatives

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the adoption process

- Identify and address any barriers or challenges to technology adoption and develop solutions to overcome them

- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to technology adoption and make recommendations for improvement as needed

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and market technology adoption services to potential clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business technology or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology adoption or similar role

- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies and their potential applications in business

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proven experience in project management and driving successful technology adoption initiatives

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams

- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
