We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide information about products and services offered by the company

- Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests in a timely and efficient manner

- Process customer orders returns and exchanges

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers

- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and safety

- Attend training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Proficient in using computers and other office equipment

- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
