About the Role
Start your international career in Madrid as a Live Studio Host in a dynamic on-camera production environment.
In this role you will host live interactive entertainment sessions in Dutch engaging with an international audience in a professional studio setting. No previous experience is required full training is provided.

Responsibilities
Host and present live studio sessions in Dutch
Engage with viewers in a confident and professional way
Deliver a high-quality on-camera experience
Work in a modern studio production environment
Follow presentation and operational guidelines
Requirements
Dutch: C1/C2 English B2
No previous experience required (full training provided)
Comfortable working on camera
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic confident and engaging personality
Willingness to relocate or be based in Madrid
Working Schedule
Rotating shifts (morning afternoon night)
45 working days per week
23 days off per week
Schedules communicated in advance
Option to swap shifts with teammates
Shift examples:
Morning: 07:55 15:00
Afternoon: 14:55 23:00
Night: 22:55 08:00 (20% night bonus)
Training
2 weeks of paid training (MondayFriday 6 hours/day)
No experience required
Training includes presentation skills and studio operations
Monthly schedule shared in advance
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 1500 gross/month
Dutch language bonus: 4/hour on-camera
Performance bonus: up to 3/hour
Average total monthly salary:gross
Relocation Package:
Travel support (flight or train within Europe)
25 days of accommodation on arrival
1500 relocation bonus (1000 first salary 500 second salary)
