Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Corporate and Real Estate Paralegal to support a newly established single family office in this role you will act as the right hand to the Head of Legal working across corporate contractual real estate and transactionrelated matters. This is a longterm paralegal position with the opportunity to grow together with the firm as the team expands

To be suitable for this position you bring 4 years of experience in a legaldriven environment (law firm corporate legal fiduciary or real estate) and have solid exposure to Swiss corporate contract and real estate law. You are comfortable preparing and coordinating corporate processes drafting and reviewing documentation and liaising with external advisors such as lawyers notaries and authorities. The role also includes exposure to foreign law matters and international transactions. A precise structured and discreet working style is essential. Fluency in German and English required
