We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and emails addressing customer inquiries and concerns and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for processing orders tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Fluency in English is required and any additional language skills are a plus. You must also be comfortable using various computer systems and have strong problem-solving abilities.
