SALES ENGINEER (SOLAR EQUIPMENT & ENERGY STORAGE)
Product line: Inverter (solar equipment)/ Energy Storage System (BESS/ESS).
Location: Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam
Working hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Monday Friday & Saturday morning
Compensation: 18 - 25m (base salary) commission.
1. Job Description
- Find new customers (distributors wholesalers solar installers households industrial plants) with demand for inverters or energy storage systems.
- For energy storage: receive requirements conduct site surveys advise on suitable storage solutions (capacity power compatibility with inverter).
- Send technical documents prepare quotations negotiate and close contracts/orders.
- Coordinate or provide basic after-sales technical support maintain and expand orders (up-sales).
- Monitor market trends (battery technology solar/BESS policies pricing competitor activities).
2. Requirements
- 23 years of sales or marketing experience in Solar Electrical Equipment UPS or related technical fields.
- Graduated from Vocational school / College / University in Electrical Electronics Renewable Energy Economics (with technical understanding) or related fields.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical documents (datasheets) is preferred.
- Ability to calculate storage system based on customers electricity usage is a plus.
- Good communication persuasion quick problem-solving.
- Willing to travel for fieldwork or provincial assignments.
