Position: Email Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Email Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Kempton Park South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of email marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns to promote our virtual healthcare services

- Create and manage email lists ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations

- Design and write engaging email content that resonates with our target audience

- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategy

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continually improve our approach

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing preferably in the healthcare industry

- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design experience is a plus
