ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service professionals to join our clients dynamic team in Porto. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer support in a multilingual environment while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of Portugals second-largest city.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via multiple communication channels

Handle customer inquiries concerns and requests with professionalism and efficiency

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality

Work flexible rotative shifts including occasional night shifts to support 24/7 operations

Contribute to a positive team environment and customer-focused culture

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Fluency in Dutch and English (C1 level)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

Flexibility to work rotative shifts including occasional night shifts

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and professional work ethic

Competitive base salary paid over 14 months

Performance Bonus: 150 per month for 11 months

Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day
