About the Role
A junior finance operations role supporting a global medical devices company from Porto. You will work within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) function handling accounts receivable billing and financial administration for the Dutch-speaking market. This is a strong entry point into finance operations within a stable growing industry. 14 payments package is well above standard entry-level rates in Porto and the Monday-to-Friday schedule with weekends off makes this a genuinely attractive opportunity for Dutch-speaking finance graduates or early-career professionals.
What You Will Do
Process and manage Order-to-Cash transactions for the Dutch-speaking market
Handle accounts receivable invoicing and collections activities
Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Liaise with internal teams and clients on payment queries and disputes
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems
Support continuous improvement of O2C processes
What We Are Looking For
Fluent Dutch or C1 proficiency (spoken and written)
English C1 (mandatory)
Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field
Minimum 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable O2C or Finance Operations (25 years is a plus)
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP pivot tables preferred)
Familiarity with ERP systems SAP Oracle or NetSuite is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and multitasking skills
EU ID valid Portuguese residence permit or equivalent
