We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Performance Management Goal Management and Succession & Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring implementing and supporting key talent management modules while ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure implement and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules including:
- Performance Management (PM)
- Goal Management (GM)
- Succession & Development (SD)
- Set up and manage:
- Goal plans and performance forms
- Calibration templates
- Succession data models
- Talent pools and development plans
- Lead or support end-to-end implementations and system enhancements across PMGM and SD modules
- Provide ongoing system support troubleshooting and issue resolution for HR teams and end-users
- Develop and deliver user training documentation and best practices to drive adoption
- Ensure data accuracy process integrity and compliance with internal and external policies
- Analyze and report on performance succession and development metrics to support talent strategy decisions
Required Skills & Experience
- 68 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong expertise in:
- Performance Management (PM)
- Goal Management (GM)
- Succession & Development
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations
- Hands-on configuration experience across PMGM and SD modules
- Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in user training and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (PMGM and/or Succession & Development)
- Experience working in global or enterprise environments

- Location: Amsterdam (onsite/hybrid depending on project needs)
