Business Development Representative German Speaker (German-English)

About the Role
Join an international technology-driven sales project in Krakow as a Business Development Representative.
In this role you will be at the core of the sales organization working with small and medium-sized businesses advertising agencies and C-Level decision makers in the cloud-based technology space.
You will act as a trusted advisor helping clients identify opportunities close deals and grow their business through tailored technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Handle sales conversations with business clients and decision makers
Negotiate handle objections and close sales opportunities
Recommend quote and present product and service solutions
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets
Work with SMBs advertising agencies and enterprise-level clients
Stay up to date with trends in the technology and cloud industry
Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth
Requirements
German: B2/C1 (fluent)
English: B2
Minimum 1 year of sales / business development experience
Experience in prospecting account management or closing deals
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Solution-oriented and target-driven mindset
Interest in cloud-based technology
Ability to relocate or be based in Krakow
Working Schedule
Full-time position
Monday to Friday
Hybrid model: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote (after training period)
Additional days off provided
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 11000 PLN gross/month (approx. 2577 gross/month)
Quarterly performance bonus: starting from 5000 PLN gross (1170) for achieving 100% of target increasing with performance
Uncapped commission based on sales performance
