Position: Consultant
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80$110/hour
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in biological and chemical systems to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
- Review complex biological datasets for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
- Provide clear structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated hypotheses and solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency relevance and coverage across datasets.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in computational biology bioinformatics systems biology molecular biology biochemistry biostatistics chemistry or related field.
- 38 years of relevant research or industry experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working across data analysis modeling and scientific reasoning.
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
