Job Summary
Location: Berlin Germany (On-site)
Performance Bonus: Up to 687.50 300/month language bonus
About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking Sales & Marketing Agent to join our team in this role you will handle a mix of sales and marketing tasks interact with clients and help drive business growth. Full project details will be shared during the interview process.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out sales and marketing activities in line with project guidelines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team KPIs
- Communicate professionally in Dutch and English with both clients and internal teams
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales (marketing experience is an advantage)
- Dutch proficiency: C1 level / English: B2 level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must currently be based in Berlin
- Legal authorization to work in Germany (EU citizenship or valid residency permit; student visas are not accepted)
