Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Social Media Marketer to manage and enhance our online presence. This role combines website development and digital marketing expertise to drive brand visibility engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing maintaining and optimizing our website while planning and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development
Design develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.
Ensure website performance security and SEO optimization.
Update website content landing pages and blogs regularly.
Integrate third-party tools APIs and analytics platforms.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth functionality.
Optimize website speed and user experience (UX/UI best practices).
Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage company pages on platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and Twitter.
Create engaging content including posts reels banners and campaigns.
Monitor social media performance metrics and generate reports.
Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads Google Ads).
Increase brand awareness engagement and lead generation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Marketing or related field.
3 years of experience in web development and social media marketing.
Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript WordPress (or similar CMS).
Experience with SEO tools and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of social media management tools and paid ad platforms.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva Photoshop Figma).
Knowledge of email marketing tools.
Basic understanding of backend technologies (PHP Python etc.).
Experience in content strategy and branding.
