Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Greet all hotel guests and visitors as they approach the key room/podium
- Manage the Flash Parking (POS) system
- Process all transactions with guests using POS system and posting to the hotel POS system as needed
- Manage cash bank ensuring accurate counts at beginning and end of every shift
- Manage hotel rental items (bikes surfboards etc.) ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver
- Assist all guests and visitors with property directions
- Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive cleaning the key room/podium area)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Drivers License with no marks on record
- Superior professionalism organization and communication skills
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements - heat wind rain etc.
- Ability to lift push and pull at least 30 pounds
- Ability to stand walk and run for extended periods
- Ability to bend stoop squat and lift frequently throughout a shift
