Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Focus:
Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding top talent for client and internal hiring needs.
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline across multiple industries and freelance categories.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and freelancers.
Regular check-in meetings with clients to define role requirements and potential hiring needs.
Check the pending profile daily on the platform for either acceptance or rejection.
Reach Rejected profiles for following up and assist in finishing up their registration to get their profile accepted.
Share the benefits of completing their profiles and what Elharefa can offer only for accepted profiles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talents for freelance and full-time roles.
Post job ads on relevant platforms and social media (LinkedIn Facebook Elharefa portal).
Maintain the recruitment data and candidates on ATS (Applicant Tracking System Zoho system).
Ongoing review for all talent profiles on Elharefa portal.
Update new/existing registered profile on Elharefa portal.
Design and implement engagement activities for talents community based on their needs (e.g. online events workshops talent meetups feedback surveys).
Recognize and celebrate achievements (Top rated freelancers / Talent of the Month etc.)
Represent Elharefa at related talent webinars meet ups.
2. Sales Focus:
Understanding clients HR needs and offering tailored recruitment services and promoting Elharefa paid services.
Identify approach and onboard new clients across various industries.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead & promote HR & recruitment campaigns (via social media or email campaign).
Support & assist our clients in posting jobs and work closely for deal closure.
Following up with Clients & making sure that the applied talents/ candidates are matching their hiring needs.
Conduct regular check-ins (monthly / quarterly) with clients to measure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
Offer cross-selling services based on current needs of the client.
Offer up-selling packages / services for our clients.
Requirements
Experience in HR recruitment or business development (preferably in a service or freelance platform).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
Proven track record in talent acquisition and client partnership
3 years of experience in HR staffing or B2B sales
Confident in HR tech tools like ATS CRM systems and LinkedIn
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
