GROUP CSR PURCHASING PROJECT LEADER (APPRENTICE)

We are a small team within the groups procurement department responsible for defining implementing andmonitoringsupplier risk management processes related to Corporate Social Responsibility including environmentaltopics :group vigilance plan carbon trajectory for scope 3 etc. We also contribute to the implementation of new European regulations such as the CSRD and the CS3D.

We work in conjunction with other services (compliance sustainability etc.) buyers and CPOs ofRegions all around the due diligences for the group propose mitigation plans to CPOs andmonitorthe CSRsuppliersrisks.

We are recruiting aGroup CSR Purchasing projectleader.

Responsibilities:

• You willbe responsible forinitiating actions to collect and analyze information to ensure supplier compliance andidentifyCO₂reduction actions.

• You will synthesize data to share best practices within the Regions and plants while leading the environmental purchasing committee.

• You willmonitor refine and update the Scope 3purchasingCO₂reduction roadmap.

• You willinterface withKey Account Managers to implement necessary actions with suppliers andmonitortheir execution.

Your Strengths:

• You enjoy designing dashboards to track andmonitorsupplier actions and you actively collaborate with Key Account Managers to drive roadmap progress.

• You are detail-oriented curious proactive and outgoing.

• You have anunderstanding of compliance laws with knowledge of one or more regulations related to due diligenceor CSR compliance.

Education:

• Master II incompliance/ Sustainable development / Corporate SocialResponsibility

• Advancedproficiencyin Excelproficiencyin Power BI and PowerPoint

• BasicKnowledge of contract law and compliance

• Basic knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility

• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
