About the Role:
An experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer is required to act as a design authority within a medium-complexity engineering environment. The role involves leading technical design activities across multiple projects while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements quality standards safety regulations and cybersecurity policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as technical lead and approve engineering design deliverables

• Review project documentation for compliance with safety cybersecurity and quality standards

• Identify and resolve complex and non-standard design challenges

• Apply advanced engineering methods and define technical priorities

• Ensure all engineering activities align with contractual and regulatory requirements

• Manage and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) in accordance with project specifications

• Handle change and variation requests in coordination with project management

• Support technical completion and contract closure activities

• Work closely with project managers throughout the project lifecycle

• Prepare RFQs and perform technical evaluation of supplier proposals

• Collaborate with supply chain manufacturing and testing teams

• Coordinate with commissioning and service teams to ensure proper installation and delivery

• Engage with customers to deliver solutions and gather feedback for improvements

• Support technical proposals and presentations

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in electrical design engineering within industrial or engineering projects

• Proven experience leading technical design activities

• Strong knowledge of engineering standards safety and cybersecurity requirements

• Experience with BOM management and technical documentation

• Experience in supplier evaluation and cross-functional collaboration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
