Global Key Account Manager | Europe
Job Summary
The opportunity
We are now looking for a Global Key Account Manager to join our Global Key Accounts team and strengthen Polestars presence with key customers across Europe. You will help drive our global key account sales objectives and play a central role in expanding the number of international fleet customers choosing Polestar. Your work supports our mission to accelerate the shift to sustainable electric performance while staying close to customers markets and partners across the region.
This position is based in the Nordics Spain Italy Germany France BENELUX or in the UK. Some travel within Europe is expected. We apply a hybrid work model that balances focused remote time with inperson collaboration when needed.
The responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for delivering Polestars global key account objectives in close collaboration with local market Fleet Sales teams. You will manage a defined set of global accounts represent the Polestar brand to key stakeholders and support growth across regions.
Your main responsibilities include:
Analyzing rate books and vehicle bandings to position Polestar competitively
Submitting tailored commercial terms that strengthen our position in tenders and negotiations
Coordinating and arranging vehicle demonstrations for customers and prospects
Maintaining accurate customer and prospect records in Salesforce
Leading the submission of global customer tenders as the single point of contact for Global Key Accounts

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent education
At least three years of experience in fleet and business sales or account management
Experience using Salesforce in daily work
Understanding of tender and framework agreement management
Fluent English skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
