Job Summary

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of our global clients a leading organization in the digital media and marketing solutions this role you will act as a trusted Talent Partner driving strategic hiring initiatives and working closely with business leaders to attract and secure top talent. You will play a key role in shaping hiring strategies influencing decision-making and ensuring best-in-class recruitment delivery across the Central European region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes across Consulting Solution Consulting and Sales functions

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies

  • Manage recruitment activities across the Central region aligning with broader business objectives

  • Source identify and engage diverse high-quality talent pipelines

  • Screen and present top candidates ensuring a strong match with business needs and culture

  • Act as a trusted advisor guiding hiring leaders on best practices in recruitment and selection processes

  • Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making

  • Strengthen employer branding and position the client as an employer of choice in the market

  • Stay informed on market trends talent landscape and competitive insights to support strategic hiring

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners Compensation and Finance teams to deliver a seamless hiring experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter in an international fast-paced environment

  • Strong background in hiring for Consulting Sales or similar business functions

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to partner at senior levels

  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities with a focus on diversity

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights and interpret recruitment data

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high cultural awareness

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
