We are currently seeking a full-timeSite Managerto join our team at Menard Correctional Centerlocated in Chester Illinois.
The Site Managerwill be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility including healthcare and clerical staff. They will be responsible for ensuring health records are maintained in a confidential and secure matter developing and implementing corrective action/performance evaluations conducting quarterly review of DOC guidelines and monitoring for compliance and will work with the Regional Manager recruiting and resource management on facility needs and filling of vacancies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate or Bachelor degree preferred
Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred
Prior knowledge working with Collective Bargaining Agreements preferred
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Must be organized detail oriented and possess effective communication skills
