Job Title: Open Enrollment Customer Service Representative

Location: Mt Laurel NJ

Pay: $19/hr

Employment Type: Temporary (April to the end of June) but can become Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls
• Answer benefit and open enrollment questions
• Navigating systems to find necessary information to assist callers
• Filing digitally and manually
• Using Word and Excel to file data and complete clerical tasks
• Opening mail and sorting accordingly
• Additional clerical/administrative support tasks as needed/assigned

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience required experience in an insurance environment is highly preferred
• Clerical skills including filing
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
