What Youll Do:

• Design and develop equipment and mechanical systems from concept to completion
• Perform stress calculations and analysis to ensure safety durability and performance
• Create detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize equipment
• Support installation testing and troubleshooting of new and existing systems
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings

What Were Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience with AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and stress analysis
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work closely with equipment and production teams
• Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced evolving environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What You Bring (Education & Background):

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering required (or closely related engineering discipline)
• Strong academic or hands-on foundation in mechanical design statics and materials
• Coursework or project experience in stress analysis machine design or structural mechanics is highly preferred
• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing equipment or industrial environment is a plus
• EIT/FE certification is a bonus but not required
