This position is for Seamless Education and Services Pvt. Ltd (SEAS) which has 2 divisions:

Job Title / Designation: Video Editor & Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms. The role involves a balanced mix of graphic designing (40%) and video editing (60%) with a strong focus on social media and paid advertising creative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling static and motion creative for digital platforms
- Edit short-form and long-form videos optimized for Instagram YouTube LinkedIn and paid campaigns
- Create high-performance creative for Meta Ads Google Ads and YouTube Ads
- Adapt content formats for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to meet campaign objectives
- Think creatively and work efficiently under tight timelines with the ability to make quick design decisions
- Use AI tools where appropriate to improve productivity creativity and turnaround time
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Software & Tools Required:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with AI-based design and video tools is a strong plus
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of visual design typography color theory and composition
- Excellent video editing sense including pacing transitions and storytelling
- Ability to think on your feet and solve creative challenges quickly
- Clear understanding of what works on social media and performance ads
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate fast
Minimum Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience Any bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with performance marketing creative
- Understanding of ad creative for Meta Google and YouTube
- Exposure to AI-assisted creative workflows
- Portfolio showcasing both design and video work
