This role involves working closely with developers system architects stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accurate insights and smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect interpret and analyze business data from diverse sources.
Summarize findings and prepare clear concise reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system and process improvements.
Enter validate and maintain data integrity across platforms.
Conduct inventory tracking customer service results analysis and SKU performance reviews.
Present analytic work in a professional and accessible format (Excel PowerPoint).
Assist with additional technical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including:
Data formatting and cleaning
Lookup & Reference functions
Text and logical functions
Experience managing and integrating multiple data sources/platforms (basic data analytics).
Hands-on experience as a SharePoint 365 administrator or key user.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with workflow development.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate.
Knowledge of SAP systems.
Skills & Competencies
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
