Project Manager (Office-Business Professional)

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the planning execution and monitoring of projects ensuring delivery within scope budget and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams manage risks and drive successful outcomes.

• Define project scope objectives and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.

• Identify and manage risks implementing mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate team members and vendors ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.

• Monitor progress track milestones and adjust plans to stay on schedule.

• Communicate project status risks and changes to stakeholders regularly.

• Manage budgets track expenses and ensure cost control.

• Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables are achieved.

• Facilitate collaboration resolve conflicts and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited university.

• Strong command of English (verbal and written).

• Proven leadership communication collaboration and influencing skills.

• Solid project management expertise with a track record of successful delivery.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Artwork copy process and components

  • Claim approval process

  • RIS/GPS and translation workflows

• Ability to command attention and provide clear direction to internal teams and external partners.

• Experience in innovation/R&D organizations or large CPG companies.

• Expertise in external innovation or Centers of Practice.

• Strong change management skills.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall).

• Experience with project management software tools.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Resilience under pressure in fast-paced environments.
