Job Summary
Position Title: Clinical - LTSS Service Care Manager
Location: Remote- Weslaco- Brownsville-TX
At least 1 person in Brownsville Field assessment
Schedule: Mon Fri; 8-5pm No OT allowed
Duration: 3-Months
PR: $25-30.00/hr
Job Description:
- Once completely trained/mentored the 5 day work week will consist of 3 days working out doing member home visits with 2 days to complete other tasks such as documentation tasks emails training audit corrections etc.
- 3-day TAT max tat to complete all documentation/Auth request related to home visits.
- Audit scores of 95 % and above.
- Diligent work on task emails and trainings completed no later than due date.
Education/Licensure Required:
- LVN/SW
Years of experience required:
- 4 years nursing MCO and home health experience. Computer knowledge (MS Office)
Additional qualities to look for:
- Experience working remotely Self-starter and self-motivate as they will be working on their own Bi-lingual- preferred or can work well with a translator
