Job description:
Job Description: Senior Test Manager to drive end-to-end testing strategy advisory and delivery for insurance distribution and commission platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong domain expertise particularly in distribution management producer lifecycle workflows and compliance driven applications.
- Hands on experience across both functional and automation testing with working knowledge of UiPath would be big plus
- Prior experience with VUE (Insurance Distribution Management Platform) and AgentSync with the ability to understand producer licensing appointments commissions and downstream integrations.
- Deep understanding of commission management (Varicent) and migration platforms including experience working with large affiliate networks sub distributors and multi tiered compensation structures.
- Act as the primary QA leader and executive representative for client engagements
- Manage defect triage RCA and quality governance
- Collaborate with automation teams and functional teams to scale regression coverage
- Provide strategic advisory on QA transformation test strategy and quality engineering practices
- Engage with stakeholders to align QA initiatives with business outcomes
- Mentor QA teams and ensure delivery excellence
Must have skills:
- Strong insurance domain (distribution producer lifecycle)
- Experience with VUE platform AgentSync and Varicent
- Expertise in Test Strategy STLC Defect Management Data Validation:
- Hands-on exposure to automation (knowledge of UiPath is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder & communication skills
