Job Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Onsite / Hybrid - Virginia

Employment Type: W2

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Business Analysts for multiple projects with our direct clients across the United States. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements analyze data and support end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD)
Work in an Agile environment managing User Stories Backlogs and Sprints using Jira
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel
Support UAT and coordinate with QA and technical teams
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Skills:

4 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of SQL Excel and data analysis
Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira/Confluence
Understanding of SDLC methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Power BI / Tableau is a plus

Work Authorization:

US Citizen / Green Card / GC EAD / H4 EAD

This opportunity is available on a W2 basis only.
