We are seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity with a flexible schedule of 28 32 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions
Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate strength training and functional movement for active individuals
Provide hands-on therapy therapeutic exercise and performance-based rehabilitation
Support patients in returning to and optimizing participation in active lifestyles fitness routines and recreational activities
Deliver patient education focused on injury prevention strength development and long-term wellness
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes
Manage a weekly caseload of approximately 20 30 patients allowing for quality one-on-one care
Patient Population:
Orthopedic-focused caseload
Active individuals and fitness-oriented patients
No requirement to treat neurological or pediatric patients
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist
Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
Experience or interest in strength and conditioning principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dry needling certification or experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule & Workload:
Full-time role with 28 32 hours per week
Manageable patient volume (20 30 patients weekly) to support quality care and clinician well-being
