Job Summary

Job Description:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers for ocean export shipments
Coordinate bookings with shipping lines and confirm schedules with customers
Provide shipment updates Cut Offs ETD/ETA details and proactively communicate delays or changes
Coordinate with documentation operations for smooth shipment handling
Ensure timely resolution to Customer queries and sharing it with concerned desk.
Monitor shipments to ensure adherence to cut-offs and timelines
Handle customer queries issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and update shipment status regularly
Work closely with sales and operations teams to deliver customer satisfaction
