Job Summary

As a Engineer were looking for below:

Should have 4 years of experience with previous experience in Production Support Projects.
Flexible to work in 24X7 shifts.
Flexible to work from office 3-5days work week.
Hands on experience in Databricks and knowledge of SQL Azure Data Factory (ADF) monitoring of batch processes and troubleshooting required.
Ability to analyse system logs error messages and other data to identify patterns and trends and triage issues.
Knowledge of Spark SQL Python ADB notebook Azure services would be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of ITSM tools and schedulers.
Understanding of any one of the scripting tools Perl/Python/UNIX Shell.
Awareness of Support Process and best practices.
Inform stakeholders in case of any failure or SLA miss. Involve the appropriate team to debug & fix the issue.
Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and work in a team in a collaborative fashion.
