Roles & responsibilities

Deal Analytics team is a cross-functional group and works on a wide variety of engagements in the public and private sectors. The work involves supporting clients in solving wider business and commercial problems.

• Liquidity Management:

- Working effectively with personnel from a variety of disciplines (Clients advisory teams different geographies such as UK US India and Australia) to provide Data analytics driven advisory solutions to a wide variety of business challenges / problems

- Application of analysis and modelling solutions to complex and diverse client problems / issues mainly focused on working capital management by data processing and data visualization

• Financial Restructuring:

- Writing independent business reviews including business summary cash flow forecasting data books scenario modelling from a lenders or buy side to facilitate deals

- Doing financial research and benchmarking for target companies

- Other adhoc research

Data analytics
- Web scraping using python/power automate
- Profitability and cost reduction analysis using Power BI
- Text analytics statistical analysis etc.

Pref Candidature -

• A good Understanding working knowledge of accounting financial statements and financial analysis financial ratios;
• Understanding of working capital process
• Experience in Working Capital Optimization analysis(Account Payables & Receivables and Inventory Optimization)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  - Data wrangling and data processing skills
  - Advanced knowledge of Alteryx Tableau Power Bi Excel and T-SQL
• A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business and economic environment; and
• Knowledge of R/Python would be a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of research databases like CapIQ Debtwire would be a plus but not mandatory
